Q2: Will the 28kHz frequency damage the surface of the bowling ball?
A2: No. The 28kHz frequency is the optimal frequency we have tested repeatedly for bowling equipment. It adopts gentle physical cleaning, which only peels off the dirt on the surface and inside of the bowling ball, and will not scratch the surface coating of the bowling ball or affect its service life.
Q3: How long does it take to clean a single bowling ball? Can it clean multiple bowling balls at one time?
A3: Under normal circumstances, it takes 5-10 minutes to clean a single bowling ball (depending on the degree of dirt). The standard tank size can clean 2-3 bowling balls at one time; if you need batch cleaning, we can customize a large-size tank, which can clean 5-8 bowling balls at one time, greatly improving cleaning efficiency.
Q4: What kind of cleaning solvent should be used? Is it easy to purchase?
A4: The equipment uses water-based environmentally friendly solvents, which are non-toxic, pollution-free and easy to purchase. You can buy ordinary water-based cleaning agents on the market, or we can provide special water-based cleaning agents for bowling equipment (optional purchase), which have better decontamination effect and will not damage the equipment.
Q5: What is the service life of the equipment? How to maintain it daily?
A5: Under normal use and maintenance, the service life of the equipment is 5-8 years. Daily maintenance is simple: regularly clean the tank, replace the cleaning solvent, check the transducer and temperature control system, and the wearing parts can be replaced quickly, which will not affect the normal operation of the venue.
